Why are some Chinese games in censored mode?
Games may be in censored mode due to regional content regulations in China, where explicit sexual content is restricted. In mainland China, pornographic games are not allowed, whereas Hong Kong and Macau permit softcore content that does not show genitals, even pixelated. The situation in Taiwan is less clear but generally tolerates uncensored porn as long as it doesn't cause social issues.
