How do you unlock extra abilities and better weapons in the game?

Unlock extra abilities via interactions with heroines. One ability is a free revive. You also unlock a better sword and two sword abilities that allow for major damage without cost. By playing, you should have around 8 hearts of health before the final boss.

Does choosing Noa affect dialogue or gameplay later?

Choosing Noa does result in different dialogue in at least one scene, but there isn't a callback to this choice elsewhere. Executing the third Valkyrie locks you out of her weapon.

Why won't the game launch when I double-click it?

Add ' --rendering-driver opengl3' in properties target, just copy and paste it.

General Tips

• Explore every area thoroughly during CAMPFIRE events to find hidden dark hallway save spots.
• Dodging, movement, and skill usage are more important than weapon choice. The game can be completed with just the starting pistol and melee weapons if fully upgraded.
• Save often as it is easy to miss save points during exploration.

Weapon Strategies

• Unlock the shotgun as soon as possible due to its effectiveness. Ammo is cheap, prioritize purchasing ammo over upgrades.
• The assault rifle is highly recommended for boss fights and overall gameplay efficiency.
• Grenade Launcher can deal significant damage but requires precision timing; consider it a secondary weapon.
• Sniper Rifle can be used effectively in the final fight to damage the enemy from afar before switching to assault rifle.

Final Boss Strategies

• Stock up on plenty of ammo for the final boss fight. Use sniper rifle and grenade launcher initially, then switch to assault rifle.
• Use the reload spell when out of ammo with assault rifle and save revive skills for chain attacks.
• Combine time stop ability with sword crit ability to deal massive damage during the final boss fight.
• Tank the chain attack using second life or invulnerability skill without wasting them on other enemies.

Exploration Tips

• Explore safe zones after each floor to not miss hidden scenes that grant powers such as revive ability.
• After a mini-boss, you may be locked in the past with limited upgrades. Ensure you are well-equipped before returning to the present.
