NTR is an abbreviation that generally refers to the genre of netorare, but it can also be misused for games that are netorase or netori.
No specific requirement mentioned in the comments.
There are two main routes: Undefeated and Defeated. The Undefeated route has very little pregnancy, but it's discussed frequently. In the Defeated route, enemies can impregnate you randomly during fights with a chance of pregnancy after completion. Pregnancy progresses quickly until a belly forms, which slows walking speed significantly, and eventually leads to childbirth. Some scenes in the Defeated route also result in pregnancy automatically at the end.
If characters are captured and not rescued, they become brainwashed and unavailable for further interactions. There's a white-haired girl in power armor who is already brainwashed, and an NPC-blogger who uses a phone to hypnotize others.
Yes, there are scenes involving frogs, pigs, rats, etc.
To unlock everything in the gallery, start a new save, complete the prologue and tutorials, lose once to get the scene of the lewd crest being engraved. Save the game and go to the gallery where an NPC stands; this unlocks all gallery content.
No, losing even once locks you out of H-scenes in the base. You must either follow a pure love route or an NTR route exclusively.
The animation quality has improved significantly from the first game. However, there's no forced NTR subplot and resisting always works 100%.
It is not clear if combat sex scenes can be unlocked without heroines being pregnant; the comments do not provide a definitive answer.
Yes, there are romance scenes for each character and other scenes unrelated to defeat.
