Yes, the idea is for players to choose whether they want to pursue a romantic relationship with a character or simply observe. However, future storylines may dictate certain choices.

No, due to Steam's policies on certain fetishes, remaking games with incest content is not possible except for Rebecca and Borderline which already exist.
To unlock scenes, choose a girl and select the correct options for each character. Each encounter also unlocks additional scenes related to specific characters. Pressing Ctrl allows you to skip text until you reach the scenes, which can then be reviewed in gallery mode.
I am unsure how to implement URM functionality and believe it may require some coding knowledge.
