You cannot directly adjust the screen resolution from within that section. However, you can try reducing the screen size by pressing Alt+Enter to exit fullscreen mode if possible. Alternatively, check the game settings for any available options.
Yes, events tied to specific businesses are planned. Currently, most events are more general due to the introduction of TTRPG-style skill checks, where event outcomes depend on passing or failing these checks. Once this system is implemented, it will allow for much more specific and varied events. Additionally, you can improve your character's predispositions such as STR/CON/CHA/DEX in the next version, but they cannot be maxed out; typically, you can raise them by around 20 points above their natural baseline.
It is possible for a CEO character to perform jobs without being a slave. The game mechanics allow for such flexibility in role-playing your character.
Changing genitals will be added in the next update as part of the clinic feature, allowing for a full transition.

Pregnancy is not yet implemented but will be added in version 0.3 or 0.4 along with an option to have sex with characters at any time.
