The buttcrab grabs you and moves to your back. Hold "E" for it to start humping; this does not work on NPCs.

How do I perform the front fuck animation with a fast zombie?

Press right click to slip out during the front fuck animation, which allows you to recover from it. There is no ending for this animation.

What happens when subdued by a combine patrol?

When subdued by a combine constrictor, the enemy will grab an NPC or player and take them to a back room for pronebone anal. The animation is broken slightly but still triggers if stuck in the combine constrictor.

How do I force remove grapples?

Press "O" to force remove grapples, which prevents getting stuck in 'sex mode', though you will still die if your HP reaches zero.
