Version labels are based on percentage completion. For example, version 0.2 indicates about 20% complete, and version 1.0 signifies full completion at 100%. This explains why some people refer to a project as 'finished' when it reaches version 1.0.
Option 1: Barely touched-up images with many scenes and no animation effects. Option 2: Heavily touched-up images including animation-style effects, similar to what is currently in the game but released at a slower pace.
