Use the environment to your advantage. Get a Zombie stuck on the other side of chairs in that room while you deal with another one solo.
For the patient enemy, use hit-and-run tactics: give them space to attack and then rush in for an attack before retreating again.
Item Locations
There are two waters, three jars of pills (one empty), a notebook with a key, and seven patient entries in the demo version.
The enemy nurse is faster and more dangerous; it takes about eight stabs with a knife to kill them.
Gameplay Mechanics
Timing during certain minigames (e.g., 'sex minigame') can be easier if you intentionally miss the first heart, as there is no punishment for skipping hearts.
Aiming at an enemy's head may not necessarily do more damage; it might just be cosmetic.
Exploration
Consider exploring further areas such as the right-side elevator in the demo version, though its contents are currently unknown.
