- A quick save and load refreshes the state, making stuck or dead slaves selectable again without losing a second person.
- How can I deal with red status characters?
- Red status indicates disease. Showers do not currently have an effect on this condition. Feeding babies is recommended for green status characters who are infertile but still useful in gloryholes or feeding rooms.
- What happens when a female character reaches her maximum number of multiple births?
- Once a female character reaches her 'maximum number of multiple births', she becomes infertile and can no longer have more children. However, she remains useful in gloryholes or feeding rooms.
- What is the inspiration behind this game?

Walkthrough
Troubleshooting
- Crashes frequently occur when pressing buttons too quickly or during certain actions like building construction. The game may be unplayable at this stage.
- To remove a stuck slave, select an area including both the dead and live slaves and drag them together; you might lose one to clear the issue.
Goblin Upgrades
- Upgrade goblins by having a slave feed or care for them. There is a small chance of growth (approximately 5%). A high elf perk can slightly increase this probability.
- Upgrading a second-tier kid provides a chance to reach the third tier, but it may be challenging.
Save and Load
- Saving and loading does not affect goblin upgrades when they grow into adulthood. However, for mixed-race parents, saving and loading randomizes the race of their children.
Known bugs
Text boxes and images do not disappear after starting a new game, causing overlays and dialogue issues.
Game soft locks with a full screen of uniform blue after selecting language on the content warning screen.
Workaround: Setting game resolution to something other than native may cause similar behavior. No known workaround.
<gender> capture in Intake does not work properly.
Women do not stop lactating when placed in milking cage or breast feeding infants in growing cage.
Slaughtering slaves yields meat amount based on slave fitness; breast-feeding does not affect yield.
Slave women with large breasts should produce more milk to make breeding outcomes more interesting.
UI elements overlap and block other UI components, making the interface unreadable and unmanageable in larger burrows.
Camera angles for slave cages are inadequate; glory hole cage lacks sufficient camera slots.
Dragging box selection feature is flawed, selecting unintended objects like rocks when managing large groups of slaves.
