Guest House

Will the game include lesbian content?

The game does not currently have plans for lesbian content, but if it is included in future updates, it will be optional and based on player choice.

Is this game new and will it receive updates?

The status of the game's development and update schedule has not been specified in the comments. Please check official announcements or developer communications for updates.

Why is skipping controversial content not a good idea in games?

Skipping controversial content can be problematic because players who dislike such content want the scenes to not occur at all, rather than being skipped. For example, if there's a femdom scene and a player dislikes it, they would prefer for that scene to be absent from their game experience entirely.

How does the developer plan to handle player preferences regarding specific content in Guest House?

The developer plans to develop the 'harem route' first. If there is enough support and interest, they may implement options later on to avoid certain girls or pursue specific love interests (LIs) for extra content and unique endings.

What is the development timeline for Guest House?

The development cycle of Guest House will likely take around 2-3 years. Once completed, the developer aims to get the game on major storefronts if possible. Currently, the focus is on kinetic content and animations.

Why did some players leave games like Badik and HH?

Players left games like Badik and HH due to various reasons such as controversial themes or specific character behaviors that they found unappealing. For example, a player left HH because of the character Maria's behavior at alcohol-fueled DJ parties and her offer to have sex for fun.

Why did the developer remove descriptions of girls from the original post?

The removal of girl descriptions in the original post was likely done to prevent players who want to avoid certain types of content (like camgirls) from downloading the game, as there are no tags available for filtering such content.

Where can I download the game files?

Win/Linux: FAST UPLOAD - KRAKENFILES - PIXELDRAIN - WORKUPLOAD. Mac: FAST UPLOAD - KRAKENFILES - PIXELDRAIN - WORKUPLOAD.

How can I support the developer financially?

You may want to use Patreon since Subscribestar won't let the developer collect funds until they hit $150. SS is more of a backup option.

Why are some images missing from the gallery?

If you're missing images, try updating the game to version 0.1.4 via the download links on Patreon. The day should change from night to morning after the protagonist goes to bed.

Will there be changes in the game format based on patron demand?

The developer may consider moving away from the kinetic novel format if there's a big enough demand among Patrons, but it would be extremely time-consuming. The developer is a solo dev and must balance expectations with available time.

What is the release schedule for future updates?

The developer has released version 0.2.0 on Patreon and continues to work on updates based on development progress and patron support.

Why did my game skip the shower scene after the baseball bat event?

The shower scene is exclusive to the Premium version of the game.

Are there any additional planned tags for the game?

There are no further planned tags beyond what has been mentioned in the original post.

Technical Tips

• Ensure smooth transitions between animations by specifying first and last frames to avoid flashing or white screens.
• Consider using interpolation in animations to render fewer frames (e.g., 10/12) and interpolate them to 24, which can reduce hardware load without noticeable quality loss.

Gameplay Progression

• Complete Ms. Kang's phase 1 main story quest in the kitchen before moving on.
• Exhaust Jiho's talk events and then ask her about her new book, followed by asking to be her girlfriend and how to build a harem.
• Skip through dialogue with love interests using the CTRL key while talking to them.
• Ask each girl if she will be your girlfriend after exhausting their talk events.
• Report back to Jiho once everyone is your girlfriend.
• Speak with Ms. Kang to begin passing house rules.

Feedback and Suggestions

• Consider reverting to before the temple visit if the sandbox mechanic disrupts the flow of the story.
• Introduce a clear indication or map for where players should go in a sandbox environment to avoid confusion.
• Implement multiple choice options instead of repetitive tasks for better progression and engagement.
