Why can't free roam activate until I complete certain tasks?

Free roam (including skipping time) doesn't activate until you've completed the first couple of tasks. Check the objectives menu at the top of the screen for pointers on how to proceed.

How do I enable free roam mode if it's not working?

Enable cheat mode on your phone under settings, then toggle freeroam mode to ON. Speak to all three girls (Gemma being the last) at 08:00am to advance the story.

Why can't I sleep in the game?

Not being able to sleep is due to free roam being off, which usually means you're in the middle of a story that needs to be played out before continuing. Check the objectives menu if unsure.

Will Abrahms and the MC's Mother have significant roles later?

They will play small roles in future episodes, but they are not planned as main characters at this time.

Is there a way to access Christine's locked content before Episode 2?

There is a cheat option available in the cheats menu that allows you to continue some of Christine's locked content. However, using cheats is not officially recommended.

Game Progression and Conversations

• Speak to Gemma again in the backyard after completing initial interactions.
• Avoid holding 'skip text' while in the hallway leading to Gemma's room, as it can send you back to the main menu.

Technical Issues and Troubleshooting

• Some webp files may not load correctly due to an uncaught exception. Ensure that the file paths are correct and check if the issue persists with different image formats.
• Restarting the game or starting a new game does not resolve issues related to conversations being reset after leaving a room.
