When will month 3 be available with new content?

Month 3 is supposed to be June. After passing the cops/PI choice in May, there's currently no additional new content until further updates are released.

How can I get the Device in the game?

You can obtain the Device through different methods: via Debz in Month 2 or with a Low Self-Esteem Debra in Month 3. In the next update, everyone will have access to it.
