How do you unlock Meg in Family Guy: Stewie's 3rd mission?

To unlock Meg's rescue mission, first complete Stewie's second mission by obtaining the antenna, Dot from the store, and chip from the fountain. This will give you a ladder app for your phone. Then help Brian with his book using three history class points so he'll hold the ladder for you. Once these tasks are completed, you can rescue Meg.

• To start the quest to help Meg, first complete Stewie's second mission which involves obtaining an antenna from the store, a chip from the fountain, and then using these items. Completing this will unlock his third mission where you receive a ladder app.
• Talk to Brian and assist him with his book by spending 3 history class points; he will hold the ladder for you after that.
