There is effectively no gameplay present, no real agency to do anything. The player is asked to wait for more than 20 minutes without significant interaction.

Can both hands be activated at the same time in the game?
Yes, sometimes both hands are activated simultaneously due to what may be a synchronization problem.
How does mood gain per day work for Chloe?
Total mood gain is determined by giving Chloe snacks and doing activities with her. The most mood gain occurs if you give her a snack and do 2 activities, but even doing one activity will still increase her mood significantly compared to doing nothing.
