Yes, key rebinding is now available starting from version v0.1.1. You can go into the options menu and choose keyboard config to set up your preferred layout. There's also an option to switch to WASD layout with a single click.
Content polls are planned after the core game is ready, likely around June 16th along with quality-of-life updates. Players can vote on what type of content they want to see next.
