Is there a possibility to save/load game right now?
There is no proper save/load system currently. The existing 'save system' is primitive and used only for testing purposes. A proper one will be added in versions 0.0.3 - 0.0.4.

Can you explain the 'Preferences' tab on the title screen?
The Preferences tab allows customization of character spawning parameters such as minimum and maximum sizes of body parts for each gender, disabling individual genders from spawning, and setting a minimum percentage of spawn with smallest breasts for male characters. However, these settings do not significantly alter the game's sprites and animations which are designed to be generic.
What bugs have been identified in the current version?
The following issues have been noted: negative item values, task assignment tab ignoring character tasks and showing incorrect skill levels, some recipes not responding when ordered, characters not prioritizing better food, characters getting stuck without obvious reason (teleported to nearest free tile as a workaround), unfinished/unselectable blueprints, persistent deconstructed furniture/walls in data blocking tiles, plants losing their grow bar, broken farms that can paralyze characters, and wild plants growing on walls.

Pawns stop working, standing around without completing tasks despite having work queued.
Workaround: Pausing all tasks in the area may help, but not always effective.
-5 carrots reported in inventory.
Task assignment screen disagrees with individual settler screens about skill levels.
Colonists freeze and stop moving, sometimes after building walls or doors.
Workaround: Removing the problematic structure may help.
Blueprints are 100% finished but not actually completed; unselectable blueprints remain.
Plants' growth bars disappear and become unharvestable.
Farms plant two or more different crops on the same plot.
Stone extraction tools are non-craftable.
Vsync is broken, causing frame rate issues.
Workaround: Setting a 60 FPS cap in options may help.
