• To obtain red worms, infect Michael with a cyan werm and wait for it to mutate. Alternatively, have Savannah receive fellatio from Michael after he has a red werm in his butt.
• For blue worms, infest Michelle's mouth with a cyan werm and ensure that another NPC performs an act involving both their orifices (e.g., oral sex).
