Technically, you can try to only be 'defeated' by certain enemies that prefer anal encounters. However, this would be difficult as there is no save function currently available (though one may be added in the future). A bestiary might also be implemented to help identify enemy preferences.
Pregnancy will be included but full-scale pregnancy and birth mechanics would require a significant amount of additional artwork. Currently, upon impregnation, the player character (MC) gets a debuff until she can obtain some form of magical abortion.
