How do I find the item that looks like a 'dildo-syringe'?

The item resembling a dildo-syringe can be found on the shelf in the room containing the stairs, without needing to go down to the basement.

Avoiding Redundant Exploration

• You do not need to descend into the basement; the required item is located on a shelf in the room with the staircase.
• The necessary object, resembling a medical syringe but with an unusual design, can be found near the stairs.
