How do I use the hose at the well to fill the water container?

Go to the hose near the well in your yard and press the interaction button (A on gamepad, Z on keyboard). Hold the interaction button until the scale on the left fills up.

Where can I find the diary pages?

You can place diary pages in 4 different locations, and if you choose correctly, the last page will appear. The specific locations are in the village or later in the mansion (south-west).

In the workshop, two level 1 crystals yield one level 2 crystal. Level 1 crystals can be mined from the mine with a low chance.
