Soraka will definitely be added eventually. The developer plans to run polls on Patreon to decide which characters come next and how they are implemented, ensuring community feedback shapes future updates.

Which stats can currently be increased in the game?

Currently, only Guts and Strength can be increased (both capped at 10). Money, Understanding, and Wits are not active yet for this first release as the focus is on stabilizing foundational systems.
