Where are the save files located?

The save file folder is named whimsidate.

Is it possible to toggle the quick menu on in JoiPlay?

There is no way to toggle the quick menu on when loading via JoiPlay, which prevents saving, loading, or returning to the main menu. Additionally, Universal Ren'Py Mod does not work properly with JoiPlay.

How old is the main character (MC)?

The MC is at least in his mid to late 20s. He has graduated from college, entered the workforce, and started a business with contracts.

Why does the coffee date fail due to a bug?

The issue arises because of variable scope in Ren’Py. The score_final variable is assigned inside a Python block as a local variable instead of a store (global) variable. To fix this, explicitly assign it to the store like so: <br>Python: $ score_final = cita_scores['noah'][1] <br>$ show_meta_message = True

Is there a Spanish translation available for the game?

The game does not have a Spanish translation at this time. The tl folder is missing, and there are no translated files in the scripts or folders.

  • Skipping does not work.

  • The variable score_final is used but never set, causing issues with determining the outcome of dates.

  • MC cannot hook up with his date if he doesn't give correct answers.

  • Players run out of save slots as the game only has 3 save pages.

  • After talking to Noah before going to her place, the door button will say 'Nowhere worth going right now' while clicking the phone says 'She's waiting for me. No time to check the phone'. To fix this issue, open and close the bag after buying lube.
