Yes, there will be scenes where the MC fathers several children through the story starting from chapter 15 onwards. There will also be a scene involving 'pregnant sex'. However, girl on girl scenes are avoidable.
The Duchess has a two-fold role to play in the story and her appearance is not accidental. She isn't a major character but plays an important part in the scheme of things.
Choosing any of the girls will lead to a non-sex conspiracy scene, and there are no sex scenes with prostitutes. A reference made by one of the characters (Fell) has since been fixed and won't be part of the script in future updates.
There are no family sex scenes unless cousins count, which will be extended to avoid such scenarios.
The English translation needs some work but is considered a good start by players.
