You can skip time by scrolling down on the locations list on the right-hand side and selecting increments of 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or an hour. Alternatively, you can find the 'Skip Time' option in the navigation menu at the bottom of the screen.
The developer may have chosen to exclude the Linux build intentionally, or it could be due to using an older version of RenPy that does not support combined Windows/Linux builds. It's also possible that a mistake was made in specifying the platform as 'Win' instead of 'Win/Linux'.
