- How do you unlock access to the church?
- Speak with an old man located in a house at the bottom of the village, fill his gourd with alcohol from floor 8 and bring it back to him. This action will allow you to enter the church.
Walkthrough
Progression Through Dungeons
- Collect dungeon spring water from behind a swirl on floor 8 using a gourd provided by the carpenter in the main square.
- Repair the bridge in the forest with the collected spring water.
- Obtain the key to the church from behind a swirl on floor 13 and access the eastern church.
- Fight a red dragon behind a swirl on floor 18 and take its scale to make dragon scale armor.
Unlocking New Areas
- Use the dragon scale armor to protect from cold, allowing access to the elf lands in the west part of the map.
Known bugs
Certain areas are blocked by guards or unavailable due to dialogue (e.g., snowy area, forest). Dying via game over makes the forest guard leave.
Workaround: Dying through a game over can temporarily remove the forest guard block. No workaround mentioned for other areas.
