How can I switch between languages in the game?
To change the language, go to the main menu and select the fourth button which says 'English'. This will switch the whole game to English including menus.
Why were some map names still in Spanish even when playing in English?
The map buttons were not getting translated because Ren'Py only translates full lines, and the place names on the map were being built by joining strings together. This issue was fixed in version 0.4.1.
Where is Camila during weekdays and weekends?
Camila is at the café during weekdays in the morning and at her place later on. On weekends, she can be found at The Park midday or early evening.
Is there an animation for the characters in the game?
Currently, the characters are static art without animations. Adding character animations is planned for a long-term update but not included in the next release.
What was fixed in version 0.4.1?
Version 0.4.1 includes fixes for map names, relationship stages and skills being stuck in Spanish, and shop notifications that were still in Spanish even when playing in English. The park is now consistently called 'The Park' on the map.
How can I download the latest version of Villa Nueva?
You can download the latest version (0.4.1) from Mega for Windows/Linux, Mac, and Android. If you have a save file from 0.4, it will still work with the new update.
