Small penis humiliation is difficult to entirely avoid outside of a few characters. However, there are multiple scenes where the MC can take control and not be bound by his size.
Updates occur every 3 weeks: 0.2 on December 18th (early access) or December 21st (public), 0.3 on January 8th (early access) or January 11th (public).

Ava's story focuses on futa on male content and feminization/sissification. It is not very romantic but includes temporary transformations for a day or so.
Yes, the current release already has a futa on male scene and several characters will have futa content, such as Ava's path which is almost entirely futa on male. There are also temporary feminization elements.
Jessica, Roxanne, Evelyn, Isabella, Valerie (the ghost lady), and Winter all have cuckold content planned or included in their stories. The 'Furry Race' game also has cuckold content.
Evelyn and Isabella will not have netorase (NTR) scenes. However, they do have optional NTR paths depending on how you treat them.
Luna's update was released as part of the 0.3 version, which came out on January 8th for early access and January 11th for public release.
Yes, Ava will remain in control during her second update.
No, an official mobile version has not been released yet.
In 0.3, there are scenes involving rimming and small penis adoration. Luna's update includes a scene where she cuckolds the MC at the end.
Jessica will not have another route besides the netorase focus with Queen of Spades content. The only option to avoid netorase is to leave her when she brings it up.
I haven't tried it personally, but others have reported that it works.
There is a short male-on-male scene planned for Evelyn's second update on the NTR path after the MC discovers her cheating. However, such scenes will be minimal compared to other content.
Yes, Ava has futa on male content and is expected to receive a second update eventually.
Some characters do have hairy armpits. For example, Winter during her cuck scene and Evelyn on the NTR path when she has sex with Penelope (who also has hairy armpits).
Yes, Roxanne has a sexual encounter with a futa character during her cuck scene.
Both scenes are optional. With Evelyn, you can avoid the scene by ignoring Alessia when she asks to follow her, which leads to the romance route where Evelyn has shaved armpits. For Winter, leaving when she tries to make a deal with you avoids the cuck scene.
Summer is unlikely to get new content soon as Faith's update will be extensive and Delilah has big plans. Summer might receive content after version 1.0, which includes a furry game update.
