Running into this issue might be due to one of these reasons: 1. The game files are located in a 'protected' folder, which prevents normal (non-admin) launches from accessing them; 2. Windows Virus & Threat Protection settings may be blocking the game; 3. Files downloaded from the internet can sometimes be marked as 'blocked', restricting their execution. To resolve this, try moving the game folder to a user-writable path like 'C:\Games\woolyouloveme' and launch it normally (not as admin). Alternatively, adjust Windows Security settings under Virus & Threat Protection → Ransomware protection or unblock files via Properties if they are marked as blocked.
