How do I fix issues running the game?

If you experience problems, download and extract a file attached to this post into the same folder as Z-Island.exe. Run either 'Force DirectX11.bat' or 'Force DirectX12.bat'. If that doesn't work, delete the following folder: <YourDrive>:\Users\<YourUser>\AppData\Local\ZIsland\Saved\Config (do not delete the 'SaveGames' folder).
