I get an error code 119 when clicking on something.

Use the player that is in the game folder to avoid errors.

How do I open the game file?

Go to the QSP folder in your game folder, click qspgui.exe then open zirael.qsp with it. Alternatively, try running whitche4 through the player in the game folder.

What should I do if my QSP player crashes?

Use the START file or the player in the game folder to launch the game.
